Technical Skill:

• Proficiency in Revit Architecture is required including but not limited to the tasks as outlined below:
• Minimum of 2 years experiences in the development of working drawings using Revit Architecture
• Ability to modify the properties of the model in a timely manner while respecting the multiple-use work-sharing process characteristic of Revit.
• Seamless transition from Revit to Sketchup and Autocad and vice-versa.
• Use of 3rd party software to produce presentational materials intended for client’s review or promotional purposes.
• Providing technical support for staff having issues with drafting.
• Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD 2015 layering techniques, objects, alignments and x-refs.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
• General knowledge of architectural drafting and structural engineering is an asset.
• Ability to prepare working drawings and estimate material cost.
• Ability to work independently to produce permit drawings from Revit Architecture files
• Availability to communicate via Skype, Whatsapp, remote desktop connection
• Familiarity with cloud storage eg Google Drive, Dropbox, etc

Soft Skill:

• Able to work remotely and manage projects with minimal supervision
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• The capability of working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines according to Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Must be coachable & have a leadership mentality.
• Ability to assist in design development and provide supervision for a team of 3-4 people.
• Good time management and organization skills, oral and written communication ability, initiative, and effective interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of how to coordinate drawings between disciplines and ability to identify drawing conflict between the disciplines.

Language Skill:

• Advance in English (Speak, Listen and Write).
• Advance in Bahasa Indonesian (Speak, Listen and Write).
• Any other International language is an asset.

Qualification and Educational:

• Minimum Bachelor of Architecture degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in using Revit Architecture. Completed training and certification is an asset. Candidates will be expected to show examples of work and demonstrate experience with submission as well as at that time of interview. Please e-mail resumes, cover letter and portfolio. • As a senior architectural drafter, individual will be expected to produce a full set accurate drawing for permit applications within fixed timeline. This position will work directly with company’s principal owner to accurately prepare all aspects of architectural drawings and project documents on various projects. You will work independently to manage and mentor your own team.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of detail drawings, sections and standard details for a residential dwelling.
• Developing packages including exterior and interior home designs by 3D modeling and drafting using Revit software.
• Capable of interpreting design sketches and details.
• Lead projects involving drafting of structural drawings.
• Assist in reporting, specification and proposals.
• Capable of following British Columbia’s design standard and guidelines.
• Effective communication with management.
• Must be professional, presentable and committed to achieving high-quality work.
