• Candidate must possess at least SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Good interpersonal skill, HardWorker, Leadership, Good Comunication
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Maximum age 30
• Good Looking
• Active,Interactive and Comunicatif

• Create data base & Search for Architect / Contractor/ Engineer contacts who could benefit from company business objective or services and maximizing customer potential in designated region.
• Visit Architect / Contractor/ Engineer in the region
• Establishing new and maintain existing, long-term relationships with the Architect / Contractor/ Engineer ;
• Managing and interpreting Architect / Contactor/ Engineer requirements - listening to clients and hold meetings to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs;
• Generating enquiries/ tenders on specification.
• Track Competition product pricing & work towards improving specification & competitiveness. Suggest the product portfolios to sales administration.
• Support the sales team in achieving the sales objectives;
• Administering client accounts by tracking on project schedules & follow up with team on regular basis.
• Hold meeting with reports & review performance; helping them achieve the targets.
• Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs;
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education;
• Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts and solving client problems;
• Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team
• Prioritize both time and projects, working independently
• Submit periodic review reports & attend review meeting.
• Prepare & Submit daily call Reports.
• Monthly Sales against target achieving report.
• Demonstrate leadership by leading by examples, coach, motivate & develop the team.
