• Degree in Information Systems
• Startup background and familarity with startups environment
• Have a basic knowledge on creating Product Features
• Have extensive knowledge of Golang is a must.
• Have a deep knowledge on creating the PRD (Product Requirement Documentation) is a must
• Understanding business processes and revenue models 
• Have a deep knowledge on mobile platform (android and IOS)
• Have a deep knowledge on SQL is a must
• Have a deep knowledge on PHP (laravel)
• Have a deep knowledge on designing the system architecture is a must
• Have a basic knowledge in networking
• Have a basic understanding on Cloud server (AWS)

NB: Each candidate is required to take the following mini test- download our app KOKi in PlayStore (Android only so far) and create the diagram business process of the system using the cross function diagram and class diagram.

• Backend Engineer background is a must for this position with strong Golang skills. 
• Directly report to the CEO
• Manage team task on a daily basis 
• Together with the CEO create a Product Roadmap
• Create a Product Requirement Documentation (PRD)
• Conduct one on one meeting with the team
• Conduct a Team Performance Analysis  
• Conduct a research on new Technology that will be used in the platform
• Actively coding to develop the product features
• Has a Continuous Improvement mindset
• Responsible for the QA of the product
• Responsible for the Availability of the server and system
