• A year experience of project management within the interior fit out industry is essential
• Degree or relevant qualification in Engineering/Architecture/Interior Design
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineer
• Previous experience working as a Project Planner within construction or fit out
• Experience within a specialist joinery or fit outs company would be a preference
• Excellent planning and organizing skills.
• Competent in the use of Microsoft packages, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
• Have a knowledge of AutoCAD, have dealt with approvals and experience of scheduling.
• Age max 30 years old

• To provide programs for job estimations highlighting any constraints and threats to completion timetable
• In conjunction with the project team prepare comprehensive planning information on new project start-ups including the sequence of operations and dependencies
• Update current project programs and planes with site feedback on daily, weekly and monthly schedules
• Advising project team of critical changes to priorities and critical threats. Advise action or adjustments required to maintain revisions
• Improving estimating, planning and cost control techniques
• Undertake any other duties and projects allocated
