Persyaratan

Requirement

Male /Female, 28-38 years old
Candidate must process at least a Bachelor Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Mangement or equivalent
Fluency in English (written & oral) is a Must
8 years experience, 3 years in Controller, Analyst, Planning, or Budgeting
Previous experiences from prominent public accounting firm will be preferable
Capable in handle budgeting, cash flow management, and having the abilities to manage financial risks of the corporation
Computer literate is a must, proficiency in financial software is desirable
Strong leadership, strong project management skill, high entrepreneurial spirit / initiative taking ability

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash
Reconcile bank and investment accounts and manage cashflow
Providing accurate and comprehensive financial information for longterm financial strategizing
Prepares budgets by establishing scheduling, collecting, analyzing, and consolidation financial data, recommending plans
Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
Provide status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data
Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report varinaces
Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting as compared to budget
Support month-end and year-end close process
Ensure quaility control over financial transactions and financial reporting
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strenghthen internal controls
