• Fluent in English, both in oral and written.
• Have minimum 1-2 years experience in 3-4 stars hotel
• Minimun diploma or related education grade from hotel & tourism major will be advantage.
• Hard working and high motivated
• Excellent interpersonal skill and a team player.  

• Ensure high food quality standard and excellent presentation
• Ensure the kitchen team procedure food and beverages in accordance standard recipe and presentation
• Control cost of sales food and other operational expenses in kitchen
• Creates and recommend menus to GM to achieve the highest revenue
• Ensure the stock of all goods are kept with effective quantity
•  Ensure the hygienic work procedures and high safety standard
• Ensure the cleanliness of kitchen area, equipment and utensils
• Minimize spoilage and wastage
• Control the kitchen fuels and gas consumption
• Check BEO today, tomorrow and next 2 days through system
• Minimize loss and breakage in kitchen
• Brings assistance to production team and service team in solving problems encountered by the customer
• Ensure all staff follows the standard recipe.
• Plans and recommend replacement of OE (Operational Employee) in accordance with needs and available budget
