• Holds a bachelor’s degree (GPA ≥ 3.25) in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain, or other related subjects from a reputable university
• At least 5 years of proven working experience in warehouse management, fleet or logistics management
• Robust understanding of Warehouse administration and operation
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Strong leadership with solid communication skill and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, High attention to detail, strong ethical standards and personal integrity
• Strong literacy in Microsoft offices (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

• We are searching for a distinguished warehouse manager to join our growing team and be responsible for the overall management of our warehouse facility. In this position, you will supervise all activities, which often involves overseeing team performance, expediting the receiving and shipping of goods, and ensuring efficient, organized storage.
• You will also handle distribution and fulfillment making collaboration with our sales managers a vital prerequisite to a smooth operation. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle to drive overall profitability and customer satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals
• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping
• Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
• Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
