Position Title : Consultant for Integrated TIP Case Database Platform Development

IOM is implementing a project titled: “AMPUH: Advancing Measures to Prosecute TIP and Protect VOTs” funded by U.S Department of State. The project’s overall goal is to contribute to the strengthening the Government of Indonesia’s efforts to effectively adjudicate trafficking in persons and other related transnational crimes.
This project expected to establish an integrated and reliable database platform for the Attorney General at national and sub-national level related to TIP case handling, including case status, map, statistics and other relevant data. In addition to support the prosecution of the TIP cases, the platform also equips the public attorney with the most updated and relevant information on TIP regulation in national and institutional level; as well as indictment letter bank that been recorded from the sub national level prosecution process. The platforms can be accessed anytime anywhere by the law enforcement officials and the public society as a part of transparency and accountability.
Under the direct supervision of the NPO of the CTLM Unit Jakarta and in coordination with CTLM project assistant, the consultant will take the lead in developing a TIP integrated database, indictment bank, and TIP regulation in national and institutional level platforms. Considering the expected result of the project, the consultant will be responsible for conducting the following assignment:
The end product is expected to be delivered by the Consultant will be the TIP integrated database, indictment bank, and TIP regulation in national and institutional level platform that can be integrated into JAMPIDUM website and connected through a portal into AGO system.
All logistic and services related to the development and final product (including providing server and storage) should be borne by the consultant.
The total duration for this assignment is maximum 6 (six) months (180 days).
The quality targeted and detailed of the work performed as established in above as well as compliance with agreed delivery dates.
The Consultant will receive an all-inclusive consultancy fee will be paid to the bank account indicated by the Consultant in the following instalments:
The Consultant will work under the direct supervision of the IOM Indonesia’s National Program Officers for CTLM Unit. As work progress, the Consultant will share expected delivery results with the NPO for her review. The IOM NPO will ensure to provide timely comments to the consultant’s work and address any Consultant’s request (i.e. additional information, government contacts, etc.)
