Experience in Installing, Configuring and Troubleshooting Microsoft Windows and Other Microsoft Technology Product basedenvironments.
Experience in the administration, maintaining, monitoring and performance tuning of Microsoft Technology Product.
Disciplined and meticulous when it comes to documentation and time management.
Excellent communications skills.
Independent and self-motivated.
Networking knowledge on TCP/IP, Switch or Router.
Basic programming knowledge in more than 1 areas: C++, Java, .Net, Delphi, Objective-C and Android
Knowledgeable in Windows operating system and services are an advantage.
Knowledge in Unix/Linux operating system and services are an advantage.
Required to travel.
Minimum bachelor degree in Computer Science or any other related field
Minimum 3 years experience working in smart card/information security industry and related field
Knowing about smartcard technology will be an advantage
Certification as an Ethical Hacker is a plus
Provide client support and technical issue resolution, including via e-Mail, phone call, other electronic medium or direct to customer site.
Support Sales team to provide technical presentations about products to customers and new prospect customers, including do demonstration if needed.
Study existing Softkey products to maximize each of products strengths and weaknesses.
Find and explore every possible products and markets that related to company’s business.
Explore new products for Softkey product line up, including testing, evaluating, and expertise it.
Report and do presentation to Business Development and Sales team about new products.
Work with Business Development department about company's selection of product and future line up.
Research and design Softkey software solutions, including develop prototype and manage the solutions.
Obtain general understanding of products related to company provide.
Manage, monitor and maintain the existing IT infrastructures, internet routers, network switches, IP Phone, servers, antivirus, Wi-Fi, and firewalls
Proactive the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions and work with customer to implement those fixes.
Maintain security, backup and redundancy strategies.
Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
Setting up accounts for new users.
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
Testing new technology.
Assist the Manager to execute the IT security tasks assigned, which include but not limit to, documenting & advocating IT security policy & procedures, security risk assessment, installation of security tools, security enhancement, security breach recovery & protection management and document & report incident response in the areas of firewall, network, website, and devices.
Any other tasks assigned by management deem necessary as and when required.
