• Degree in Accounting, Finance Management, Business Administration, or equivalent with minimum of five (5) years related accounting experiences.
• Having a Professional Certificate i.e. ACCA, LCCI or similar
• Knowledge in computerized accounting software.
• Analytical and positive attitude and possess high level of confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Expert in all MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Responsible in assisting all aspects of accounting operations in accounts payable and receivable, general ledger transaction and handling of full sets of accounts.
• Support in financial planning process by preparing, analysing financial data and estimates in addition to documentations verifying relevancy, accuracy, timeliness and completeness to support budget planning.
• Maintain proper accounting record and documentation and filing system.
• Ensure accounting records are properly maintained and reconciled.
• Manage and monitor cash flow, monthly reporting and bank reconciliation.
• Undertake audit for the company and financial administration.
• Ensure company’s accounts or data inputs are well maintained and compliant according to accounting standards and regional reporting guidelines.
• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Assist in members’ commission processing.
• Submit monthly management report and other relevant reports when required.
• Supervise and monitoring the accounting executive
• Serve as a liaison to our overseas accountants.
• Liaise with Tax Consultant for tax report
• Arrange travel and accommodation for employees
• Handle purchasing and liaise with vendor.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned from superior.
