- [ ] Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.

- [ ] At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- [ ] Age between 30 to 45 years old.

- [ ] Preferable candidates must fluent in English.

- [ ] Have strong experience in selling high-end residential and commercial areas from reputable business districts.

- [ ] Have a good and mature interpersonal communication skill for dealing with targeted consumers and good leadership skill to manage the team.

- [ ] Maintain good relationship with customer 

- [ ] Oriented to sales targets

- [ ] Candidates must be willing to work in Bali

Responsibilities :

- [ ] Develop a sales plan, based on market trends and marketing strategy to ensure the achievement of marketing objectives and profitability.

- [ ] Support in development and implementation of sales and marketing, as well as product development, promotion, and event.

- [ ] Monitoring and evaluating performance team for optimizing sales achievement.

- [ ] Control marketing expenses to meet budget guidelines that have been set.

- [ ] Maintain and record all price lists and arrange sales activity reports to the Marketing Manager.
