• Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production
• Ability to design, create and deliver marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company’s services and products
• Ability to devise engaging and innovative content for various digital platforms
• Paid media experience including social media marketing, display, affiliate marketing, and paid search
• Strong management skills, presentation and excellent communication skills
• Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.
• Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, microsites and social media applications.
• Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, etc
• Experience managing successful social media campaigns
• Solid understanding of social marketing
• Bahasa Indonesia
• English
• Bachelor’s Degree or Advance Diploma Degree (D3) in Graphics or Communications related field
• At least 1-2 Year(s) of paid media experience including social media marketing, display, affiliate marketing, and paid search Technical Skill
• Proficient in web analytics tools, a solid understanding of SEO
• Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyse and interpret data.
• Working knowledge of key digital media buying KPIs (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, such as Photoshop / InDesign (Illustrator and other Graphic design software proficiency is a plus) and Canva.

• Social media management, marketing, strategy, and planning
• Design, create and deliver marketing programs to support the expansion and growth of the company services and products.
• Identify trends and insights
• Provide clear reporting, more importantly, actionable insights on account performance
• Allocate marketing investments and address opportunities and risks
• Manage reputation, cultivate relationships with local and international influencers, bloggers, interior design online profiles
