MICE Manager needed!

For a famous Tapas Resto located in Jimbaran - Bali

Job description:

(a) assist clients in planning, contracting, organizing, and executing various events 

(b)developing the design property events and its promotion

(c)evaluating the effectiveness of all design contents and programs

including videos, images in all various platforms into an excellent final design 

(d)open for new ideas and has a growth mindset

(e)Agreed to work in shift system 

General Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years experience as MICE Manager

- Excellent English level for daily communication with expat owner 

- Age maximum 40 years old

Purpose of Job: In this challenging role the MICE Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing the sales. Potential and achieving revenue budgets as part of the sales & marketing team, from the following markets – conferencing to include local, national and global regions, meeting & events, local and global corporate, food & beverage and corporate incentive/group.

Benefits: 

Basic salary: start IDR 10.000.000 – 15.000.000 (based on experiences)

Remunerations: 

- Basic Salary

- Meal allowance

- BPJS Kesehatan + BPJS Tenaga kerja

- Service Charge after 3 months working up to 2.500.000

- Shift schedule, 7 hour works, 1 hour break

- 5 days off a month

- 12 Annual Leave days + Sick days

- Special leaves

- Appraisals for promotion every 6 months

- Monthly field trips to develop hospitality skills outside the 

restaurant

- Candidates don’t mind to work within shift schedule and overtime.
