• Candidates must have at least a Diploma (D3), Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in Interior Design or related field.
• Excellent presentation, space planning and drawing skill
• Knowledge in creating concepts and ideas
• Knowledge in creating complete documentation drawing from Plans, Elevations, Reflected Ceiling plans, Equipment plan, Details and Specification.
• Knowledge in Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment
• Knowledge in material, finishing, colour selections according to the design concept and requirements
• To be able to work with peers, consultants and contractors to be able to achieve all design objectives
• To be able to oversee each design stage and meet all requirements to ensure that each project stage is completed properly
• Ability to create a set of construction drawings, specifications and schedule
• Ability to field measure
• Determine and understand the client’s goals and requirements of the project
• Good team player and ability to work both independently and team-based environment.
• Actively participate in project meetings and client presentations.
• Creative mindset and have knowledge of all stages of Interior Design projects.
• An out of the box creative approach to tackle any projects and problems

• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Proficiency in Sketchup
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, such as Photoshop and InDesign (Illustrator and other Graphic design software proficiency is a plus)
• Ability to operate in Microsoft environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to generate ideas such as concept and space planning and be able to portray the ideas using sketches, descriptive words, and imageries.
• Ability to produce photorealistic rendering using Sketchup and/or 3DsMAX is a plus

• Undertake design project from concept to completion
• Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
• Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
• Design creatively, yet realistically according to our design concept, the client's request, and budget
• Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
• Produce “sample” and “mood products”
• Supervise work progress
• Work closely with other designers and contractors
• Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices
