• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• Excellent skills in user IT infrastructure – Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Handhelds, etc.
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows 10, Micorsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams), SCCM, Bitlocker-TPM, and other authorized desktop applications.
• Understand Android and iOS mobile applications
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
• Project experiences 1-2 years.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Able to work in a team and independently as well.
• Good communication skills.

• Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Work with Third Party Vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
• Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
• Maintain ticket updates (Service Now) for all reported incidents.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshooting Windows 10, Micorsoft Office 365, SCCM, Bitlocker-TPM, Cisco Jabber, other authorized desktop application.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware.
• Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers.
• Performs remedial repairs on Desktops, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and workstation hardware/software.
• Broad experience of IT with basic understanding of Networks, Servers, Audio/Visual, Smart Devices and Telecoms.
• This position requires the ability to work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork. Performs other duties as assigned
