• Lulusan Min. S1 Jurusan Akuntansi / Ekonomi
• Pengalaman Min.2 tahun di bidang yg sama
• Mahir dalam mengoperasikan Ms. Office (Terutama Excel)
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yg baik
• Memiliki kemampuan bahasa inggris yg baik lisan maupun tertulis
• Dapat bergabung secepatnya dan tidak terikat dengan kontrak manapun

• Inventory
• Maintain inventory master & standard cost new item; review & challenge any unclear progress
• Monitor inventory movement and maintain inventory integrity GL vs. sub-GL ; review & challenge any unclear items
• Maintain & track accrue raw material, coil, landed cost
• Maintain flow of intra warehouse stock transfer
• Ensure the accuracy of unit weighted average cost of raw materials
• Prepare and analyze monthly slow moving inventory items
• Freight
• Prepare and analyze detail calculation of unit freight cost by each type of product, destination and transportation type (liaise with Logistic team) Capex, Fixed Assets, Small Asset
• Prepare and analyze detail capex life cycle, including reporting preparation in accordance with Group’s instruction
• Maintain fixed assets master file
• Prepare the monthly movement of fixed assets and capex
• Review the appropriateness of classification of assets and their related useful life based on Group’s instruction
• Arrange periodic physical count of assets, coordinates with others department as necessary
• Perform specific analysis when required in order to achieve better efficiency of the operations
• Review the appropriateness of disposal of assets and their related gain & loss
• Maintain and record new small asset request form; review usage item & periodic item, challenge any unclear items
