Persyaratan

1-3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting or bachelor's degree in related field
Strong analytical Finance and Accounting skills
Thorough knowledge of Finance & Accounting systems
Good communication skills in English
Compliance-oriented, detail-oriented and solution-oriented

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Act as a person in charge of overseeing the financial operations in the company.
Set financial goals and develop plans for financial growth.
Create, implement and monitor company financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency and compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
Conduct budgets preparation, planning and implementation.
Maintain records of all income and expense transactions and provide regular reports & analysis including for business tax returns.
Manage company cash flow including but not limited to payroll, cash flow projection and statement, and account receivable and payable.
Manage business financing activity including but not limited to equity and debt, capital, and risk mitigation.
Manage loans qualification and company profit plan.
Work closely with management and executives to share and discuss reports, analysis and financial suggestions.
