·         Minimum 8 years’ experience in the Drilling industry.

·         Experience with RC and diamdon drilling

·         Experience in a multi-cultural environment.

·         Experience working in remote areas and extreme environments

·         Level III HSE management.

·         Cert IV in Drilling Operations.

·         English proficiency

·         Must have driving license

·         Operations and Logistics

o   Manage the daily performance of a drill crew.

o   Maintain clean and safe work site and equipment.

o   Functional knowledge of all types of exploration drilling.

o   Trouble shoot problems and be solution orientated.

o   Plan and complete preventative maintenance to maximise equipment production;

o   Ensure personal and crew compliance with Company WHS regulations and site-specific rules.

o   Provide guidance and training to Drillers assistants and Trainee drillers.

·         Health and Safety

o   Hazard identification, risk assessment and mitigation measures.

o   Ensure that crew has a safe working environment.

o   Maintain a harmonious workplace.

·         Management skills

o   Excellent coordinating skills in order to ensure optimum production

o   Must be thorough planner and be able to execute the planned operation.

o   Thouroug knowledge about RC and Daimond rig operations and safety measures

o   Team management and execlent communication skills

o   Good analyses and ability to multitasks
