-Draftsman (Drafter)

General Requirements:

1.Candidate must be willing to work and relocate to Dili, Timor Leste.

2.At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 

Preferred candidate with experience in commercial real estate / Malls / Construction / Hotelier Projects 

3.Candidate must possess from Bachelor's Degree in Architects / Interior Design / Civil / MEP or equivalent.

4.Thorough understanding of Volume Calculation, Auto CAD and Drawing Softwares

5.Proficient in upgraded drawing / design skills

6.Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to set priorities to meet deadlines.

7.Willing to learn, enthusiasm and competent attitude.

8.Able to work under minimal supervision.

9.Required language(s): Fluently in English and Mandarin (as a point plus)

10. certification of achievements and work experience

11. having a valid Indonesian Passport & SKCK 

12. Proof of medical check and vaccinated

13. Salary package up to USD 2000 + 13th wages
