     　1    25-32 years old, any gender

     　2    Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, E-Commerce, Marketing or related field

     　3    Minimum 3 years of E-Commerce/Online Business development experience

     　4    Strong verbal and written communication skills both English and Indonesian

     　5    Data-driven mindset with good communication/presentation skills

     　6    Strong negotiation, fast learner and passion for sales

     　7    Self-motivated team player. Able to work both independently and in a team

     　8    Be able to work under start up company environment

     Responsibilities

     　1    Drive sales by setting up marketing and communication plans in online marketplace (Tokopedia, Shopee, etc.)

     　2    Manage and control marketing spending and budget to achieve target

     　3    Responsibilities for the performance of online sales

     　4    Digital advertising, digital marketing, SEO / SEM measures

     　5    Research for new trends and customer insights and buying journey to improve product and service satisfaction
