General Requirements:
1. Willing to relocate and work in Dili, Timor Leste
2. Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
3. 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Competence in Computer & High accuracy to details.
5. Demonstrate understanding of the business, its levers for growth, its change dynamics and challenging success factors.
6. Self-motivated and self-driven, resourceful, fast leaner, proactive, committed, adaptable and a team player.
7. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu / Malaysia and Mandarin.
8. (fluent in Mandarin preferred) as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
9. certification of achievements
10. having a valid Indonesian Passport
11.proof of medical check
12.Salary package in US Dollar + 13th wages

Goal and tasks:
1. Provide support on HR general functions, Admin, Operational and Office
2. Day to day HR function, compensation and benefits, employee relation, performance management
3. Staff Supervision
4. Planning, Mapping and organizing recruitment campaign
5. Staff training & motivation
