• Min. Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Min. Experience 3 years’ proven experience in similar position, a role, Kaizen/ Continuous Improvement in manufacturing, background in Automotive/wood industry is preferable.
• Knowledgeable & proven implementation of Kaizen (Lean Manufacturing System), PDCA & ISO 9001: 2015
• Strong driven as problem solver based on “Continuous Improvement” concept.
• Outstanding communication skill, Interpersonal skill and strong leadership.
• An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations. with in-depth knowledge of the latest industry procedures and regulations.
• should be fluent in risk management and respective industry’s principles.
• Willingness for mobile working among plant based on company demand

• Position Purpose:    
• To Support the business in reaching best practices of operation with most effective and efficient, by mapping the flow of business process, analyzing the issues, reviewing company policies, ensure compliance to regulation and internal policy, including evaluating all current and new compliance regulations, and advise The management on possible risks for improvement.
• Role & Responsibilities:
• Assess & oversee all business operations relating to compliance including policies, industrial proses and procedures.
• Perform regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses, hidden risks or common issues.
• Analyze issues and fact finding for best effective and efficient solution
• Review, develop internal policies and design control systems.
• Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program.
• Ensures a company functions in a legal and ethical manner while meeting its business goals.
• Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
• Guarantee the business processes and transactions follow all relevant legal and internal guidelines.
• Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
• Coordinate with different department managers to review all departmental compliance policies.
• Lead employee training sessions on legal and compliance issues & ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
