1. To lead and ensure  F.B.Service in all aspect of operations are in line with the department goals towards the achievement of company’s goals and objective through effective implementation of the Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling.

2. To ensure the achievement of the F.B.S goals: Customer satisfaction oriented, high yield management, friendly and professional service, solid team work, effective cost and expenses

3. Provide positive sample attitude, especially for the F.B.S  staffmembers, and all the Restaurant staff as whole
